WHAT IS THE Q BILADI PROGRAM?

Our Biladi Program is designed to provide recent Emirati graduates with a structured and comprehensive learning experience. Through this program, participants will gain valuable industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and mentoring support, setting the foundation for a successful career.

BILADI PROGRAMME

On-the-Job Training Program (Trainee)

Brief Description: The "On-the-job training" program provides an opportunity for Emirati nationals to find one-year training opportunities in Q.

Requirements:

  • Holds a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Qaid
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Holds at least a high school degree

Apprentice Program (Intern)

Brief Description: The Apprentice Program is a vocational training initiative aiming to match freshly graduated Emiratis to apprenticeships in Q.

Requirements:

  • Holds a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Qaid
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Holds a bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • Having graduated no more than 2 years prior to application
